Willis Knighton Quick Care - Pierremont

They lied about me rejecting service. I told them straight up I did not need service. They told my place of employment that I denied service twice. How is that possible when I was in the waiting room the entire time speaking with the nurse and receptionist?? Do they consider me telling both employees the same thing as twice denied? They need to understand that when they say something that is not true, that effects the report being filed at later date. They need to be retrained on relating accurate information and not come up with whatever is in their head at the moment. This is a serious hippa violation for saying something not true.

We visited wk quick care today and had the best experience from the staff. From the receptionist to the triage nurse to the NP thy were all amazing! Thank you for making our visit a 10 star day!

Both my son and I have been there many times. It's hit or miss with the front desk. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're terribly rude. But the female doctors and nurses here have consistently been amazing and kind. I say female because there was one male doctor that wasn't so great but I haven't seen him since the one time.

My visit was beyond exceptional. After signing in, the wait time was minimal and the nurse and physician assistant were very attentive and informative in regards to assessing my concerns I highly recommend Willis Knighton Quick Care-Pierremont to anyone seeking healthcare.

Visit was quick and easy. Everyone was nice. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and made me feel as if she definitely wanted me to feel better. That's what everyone should feel when they're visiting a medical office
