Willis Knighton Quick Care - Palmetto

I came in with terrific pain!! A jaw tooth gone bad!! This was after going to my dentist 48 hours previously and being prescribed antibiotics. All I had was 3 pain pills belonging to my husband from a former dental procedure which I cut into fourths. Due to it being the Thanksgiving Holiday and my dentist office was closed (She was in Mexico) and the pain level increasing, I went to WK Quick Care- Palmetto. The PA at Quick Care instructed me how to piggyback Advil and Tylenol, which I appreciate BUT I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT HER REPORT SAYS “MANAGING PAIN WITHOUT OPIOIDS”! Like I had an addiction or her snarky remark, “We never prescribe pain meds!” And after all my explanation of already going to my dentist and what Dr Holloway said and prescribed, the PA writes… “You need to see a denti

The staff and the care were thorough and efficient. The facility was clean, comfortable and conducive to healing. All of my care was delivered professionally, yet friendly and compassionate.

We love WKQC at Palmetto. It is always so clean and we get attention from the time we step in the door until we leave. This particular visit was for my 90 year old mom. The nurse and PA were so professional and extra kind and respectful.

I was seen right away. Everyone was friendly. Test results took about 20 minutes and I left with a diagnosis and prescription. In and out within a half hour. Would definitely recommend.

I always get such good service when needing to be seen here. The staff is courteous and listens to you when you have concerns. Will definitely keep this as our go-to urgent care
