Unlike the one in Haughton, this one is actually helpful and the staff is super nice

Ever since the merger with Walgreens it’s been terrible. I waited in the car line for literally an hour to be asked to get back in line because their system didn’t bring my information over. That’s not my problem, and terrible customer service. I’ve used this pharmacy since the day it opened and never been treated like that. The bald pharmacist needs more training or to not directly speak with patients. I was very out off and offended by this man.

I usually have a good experience but not recently! I called in my medication and was informed it would be ready the next day. It’s something I take everyday and can’t afford to miss a dose of. However, when I picked up my medication, it was missing. I called the next day and they informed me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow! They also hung up while I was asking what time I could expect it to be ready… Also, I received a THREE month prescription rather than my regular one month! What disgusted me was the greasy fingerprints on my receipt and what looked like a small piece of bacon in the bag! Very unsanitary procedures..

My husband and I have recently switched our entire profile to Brookshire’s pharmacy from CVS. The pharmacists here are so helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We are most pleased with their service!

This pharmacy is not a place you want to go if you want consistent help. They need a major workover on their automated systems as well as a review of the rude young ladies working there. I'm not a critical reviewer nor do I typically even give bad reviews but today has earned one for sure. Beware
