Willis Knighton Quick Care - Forbing

Not real happy on this visit. I have been here before and many other WK offices. My military ID card serves as BOTH insurance card and picture ID. The lady insisted it doesn't. What ever... here you go.... A little training is in order. The triage nurse needs to go back to class. I have a speech impediment and was very pissed when she laughed cos what she heard is not what I said and honestly, quite impossible. A simple ask me to repeat will suffice. No laughing and joking and a stupidly ridiculous misunderstanding necessary.

Care was quick, friendly and all professional. I was not rushed and felt I could ask any questions needed. One of the front ladies was nice, nurses all wonderful and the Dr was very nice and put me at ease. A good experience for feeling so cruddy.

I am always treated with kindness and respect when I use Willis Knighton. From the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor, I could not have asked for a better visit. I cannot praise the staff enough, from the gentleman who swabbed my nose to the x-ray tech, all professional and so nice. My husband is a physician with LSUHSC. He was surprised I didn't use them. I do not get the same experience with them as I do from WK. Thank you!

Love this quick care! Only one I will go to- they are usually quick and efficient. Staff is always so friendly. They care of my whole family and always take my concerns seriously!

I visited WK Quick Care Forbing two days in a row. Saw different staff members each day. Check-in was easy. The receptionists were quite cordial. Triage nurses were thorough and attentive to my details. Nurses, NPs, physician, and radiology tech were all engaging, explained everything, and just like the triage nurses, very attentive to the details related to my health issues.
