I have had a terrible experience with this office. They are poor communicators and are highly disorganized. It took over a month to schedule our first appointment, not because the doctor's schedule was full, but because I had to keep calling back to get them to actually open and finish our chart. Now that we are supposed to go in for a follow-up, I am having the same issues. They have now rescheduled our February follow-up visit (that I called to schedule in December) all the way to mid-March because of an error on their end. They were not accommodating in trying to find an earlier time even with a different physician. The receptionist was rude and short and took no accountability for a mistake that she made. I do not recommend this office at all.

I recently had my first surgical consult with Dr. Stavan Y. Patel, MD, DDS, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’m usually a little apprehensive when meeting a new doctor because of past experiences, but Dr. Patel was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. He listened carefully to all of my questions and concerns, never dismissed me, and even made accommodations for some of my medical fears. Even when I rambled, he patiently listened and never made me feel rushed. His great bedside manner helped me feel much more comfortable and confident about my upcoming surgeries. The only remotely positive thing I can say about my experience with Dr. Ghali’s facility is that the entrance of the hospital was clean—and unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. Once inside, it felt like I’d wandered into a real-life remake of The Shining. A confusing maze of dim, endless hallways that made me question if I was in a hospital or a horror movie set. Any hope of professionalism quickly vanished. Instead of seasoned medical staff, I was met with what seemed like barely-trained students who gave off strong Larry, Moe, and Curly vibes—bumbling, unsure, and completely unconvincing as medical professionals. The entire experience left me frustrated, anxious, and completely unimpressed. I wouldn’t just recommend avoiding this place—I couldn’t unrecommend it enough.

Dr. Ghali was great! He made me feel relax and not overwhelmed with all the information regarding the process of reconstructive jaw surgery .
