Wonderful place!! We had just become new patients here when my dog suddenly became sick, they didn’t even know us yet but they got us right in and did everything they could for our boy. The doctor even FaceTimed with my husband so we could discuss the X-rays. They were so kind and compassionate throughout everything and still are. I’m very fortunate to have found them, can’t give them enough stars ✨

While the overall visit for my dog was pleasant and reassuring, what happened after was anything but. My dog went in for blood in her urine. Because they couldn't clearly see during the test what was up since there were so many blood cells, she was prescribed a common UTI medication... (Except her dose was more than double what is usually prescribed, even in humans, we later found out.) We assumed that because her possible infection was so bad she needed that high of a dose and just gave her the meds as prescribed, however after about halfway through the bottle she started losing her balance and having muscle spasms. I paid $60 for my pet to become a patient here, which was weird but my cat is very sick and needs to be seen so I paid it. Her appointment isn’t until Monday and today is Saturday, but she’s getting worse and not okay. I called the office to get her in sooner and a very rude woman kept putting me on hold and acting inconvenienced by my phone call regarding my SICK PET… at an animal hospital. Finally she told me if I wanted my cat to be seen, I’d need to bring her right now this second because “we close soon.” Um ok. Well I don’t have a car and tried to find a ride but it wasn’t available yet. But I called back to let them know that I wasn’t happy with the attitude I got and would be talking her elsewhere, plus I wanted to cancel my appointment. Very polite staff and the doctor is very nice and answers any questions I have regarding my cat. This is the second cat I’ve brought to them. They were very good with our first cat right up until the end of her life when we had to put her down. They even sent us a sympathy card for that cat. Very touching and thoughtful. I know our experience bringing our new kitten here will be just as good. Our new kitty loves the attention and the treats when he comes in for his routine visits.

Been trying to get. My cats records transferred to a new vet and they refused to do it. Told my wife they couldn't help her.
