If I could give a zero star review I would. I called months in advance to set up a physical for two of my daughters per New York State's requirements for them to attend school. When I called I told them the appointment was necessary because it would be a couple weeks past the year expiration. I told them I was the primary caretaker. When I went in for the appointment they told me they had contacted the mothers' and both of them cancelled the appointments without rescheduling. They did NOT bother to call the caretaker which was also the person who set up the appointments!!! If you are a single parent, especially a single father, do NOT go to this office or any associated RRH. They did the same thing to me over at the Newark Pediatrics even after I provided court paperwork that states

I have been very impressed with both Dr. Christian and Dr. Hellmann. They both are very knowledgeable and they always treat me with a lot of respect as a parent. They are also very kind and gentle with my kids. The nurse we usually have is great, too. Always an upbeat greeting from her; acknowledging us by name. They have always been thorough, and ask a bunch of questions, but we are never there for a really long time, which I definitely like. At a different practice that we used to go to, we often had to wait for 30+ minutes at a time to be seen, so Williamson Pediatrics is a very nice change. Also, whenever my kids are sick they are always able to get the child in to be seen the same day. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Has always accommodates or children with close appointments and has treated us with the best advise we’ve been given... thank you all.

Best place for your kids to be seen have been going here for over 10 years for all of my kids

Unhappy with the care received Dr Miller refused to see me or treat me and sent me to urgent care or er.. why be a doctor if you refuse to see and treat patients.. I am now forced to look elsewhere for a new doctor 🙄
