I’m new to the area, so when I scheduled my appointment, I asked them to notify me before the appointment if they accepted my insurance, whether they were in-network, and what the cost would be for a full cleaning. I never got that call, and I called back too. When I arrived for my appointment, I asked the front desk if they accepted my insurance, and they said yes. When I asked what the estimated cost would be for the procedure, they said it differed for every insurance plan. I could not get any more information on pricing. When I was called back and seated in the dental chair, I was bombarded with paperwork. I was literally told five minutes earlier that they did not have pricing information, and then I was abruptly given pricing paperwork. They could have presented the paperwork to me

Everyone was very helpful and upfront about cost estimates No pressure to proceed with anything but rather and explanation as to why everything needs to be done. Highly recommend

Highly Recommend!! I made a same day appointment for an emergency. I was in excruciating tooth pain to the point I was in tears and was using ice packs to numb the pain. I went in, and they immediately assisted me with an extraction. My insurance did not cover the entire cost for the procedure which means I had to come out of pocket for the remaining balance. I did not have that amount on me so they worked with me on that issue where I paid what I could and pay the rest later. Everyone in the office from the front to the back was very professional, polite, patient, and kind. Thank you all so much!!!

I've been going to see Sue, their Dental Hygienist for almost 20 years. She is practically like family. She is so gentle, friendly and is great with my family. My daughter had her first dental cleaning with Sue and she was so sweet and gentle with her. And very patient. Thank you so much to everyone there for always making it a pleasurable experience.

My family and I have been patients at Williamsburg Smiles for 16 years. I have only good experiences at the office, the entire team is professional and friendly. My appointments always start on time. The office is modern and clean. If you are new to the Williamsburg or are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Contract and her team are the best.
