Dr. Liptak and staff are very friendly and professional. They take their time working with you and answer all your questions. In other words they make you feel like you're at home. The only thing missing is refeshments ( coffee) or bottled water.

The audiologist and the staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly, welcoming and helpful it is a pleasure to just stop in and say hello. They saved me when one of my hearing aids lost its receiver unexpectedly and were able to fit me in and track down the right part. The exam and hearing test were part of the initial appointment and that helped them to retune the hearing aids for max performance. Two months later the other receiver was exhibiting signs of needing replacement and they were able to get me in to fix it before it went bad. Nothing worse that going around with just one aid working. I was happy to stop by again today for a checkup and it was just a pleasure. Regardless of what hearing loss you have, they can help get the best results for you.

The staff is incredibly engaging, professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to their patients. Dr. Liptak is as friendly & knowledgeable as they come - but what separates him from others is his ability to relay the technical, medical jargon into something we, as patients, can easily understand. If you need any care for your hearing, there is no reason to go elsewhere - Colonial Center for Hearing is the ONLY place to trust with your hearing.
