Williamsburg Pediatrics of Linden

The staff was friendly. The Dr. was so professional. Both myself and my kids loved the play area they have for the kids. They kept the place very clean and tidy. I noticed they were cleaning up as soon as kids where finished playing . The best part is that they do all the blood work at the location so you don't have to be stressed out taking the kids to numerous locations like some pediatricians in New Jersey.

My kids love all the Dctors here everyone is extremely professional they take the time to see all the details all the concerns trust me when I say it’s very good to have professionals that take care what you love the most I’m glad we have them thank you .

I love the doctors here. My issue is the girl at the front desk. If you call to make an appointment, She will give you a very rude attitude. Im not one who likes to complain, but it is overwhelming. Every time I call there, she puts me on hold for long periods of time Until the phone is hung up on me. And I have to keep calling back until somebody else answers. Sometimes it’s very difficult to get an appointment because of her and this is my kids health on the line. When I come into the office, she has an attitude with me for no reason, She starts acting snappy when I ask to schedule a new appointment. It’s very confusing because I’m very kind to everybody there. The other girls there are so kind. I wish that her boss can have to talk to her about being nice to parents. Because I can see h

Very clean, nice pleasant staff, nice thorough Doctors. You can ask them anything. I recommend this place.

My sister was told she had a 10 minute grace period and when she arrived exactly 10 minutes late with 3 kids she was told by a black lady that she had to reschedule her appointment she was very rude about it. Why would she have to reschedule when she was told there’s a 10 minute grace period? There’s always a long wait anyway! Find a new doctor! That black lady has an attitude problem!
