I have getting my prescription through Linden Pharmacy for a few years now. They are amazingly attentive & caring

It is a real shame to have to report this, because their service has otherwise been excellent. But twice they have delivered meds at 9:30 am on a Saturday after I called specifically to ask them not to deliver until after 12 noon because I work so late. I was told both times that the delivery would be after 1pm. Yet they came at 9:30, and there is a big sign on the front door saying not to ring or knock before noon. But they rang and knocked anyway. Now after 5 hours sleep I'm nearly catatonic and have to cancel an appointment for today. I also have to make a long drive. Furious beyond words at this pharmacy.

I have been using Linden Retail Pharmacy for over a year and am never disappointed in their customer service. They are outstanding in their service and customer care. All of the staff are professional and most patient with customers. They make sure you are completly satisfied with your visit to the pharmacy. From the front end to the pharmacist they are there to be sure you are fully conformtable with your prescription. They do everything that is necessary to ensure your prescriptions are ready and or delivered when promised. They help me obtain a costly drug for zero co-pay and deliver it to my home, in north Jersey, free. Many thanks to you and your wonderful staff

I just had my first experience with this pharmacy and they called me very promptly about my prescription.. Chee is very efficient, helpful, and professional. I’m so impressed!! They are a breath of fresh air compared to other pharmacies I’ve experienced in the past.
