Williamsburg Pediatric Dental

I haven't been in, but am already frustrated. I emailed to make a first-time appointment, got no response. I called and someone answered immediately, took my insurance info and said she'd check they took my insurance and call me back in a minute. No call back or message. I called back a month or so later and they said they'd put me on hold for just a minute. Never came back. After 10 minutes, I hung up and called back 2 or 3 times and no one answered.

Having used this facility since my daughter started needing a dentist, I attempted to schedule an emergency appointment for her. Maggie was extremely rude and would not schedule an emergency appointment because my daughter needed a checkup first! It was impossible for her to guarantee that the tooth that was bothering her would be treated. Her behavior was extremely rude and obnoxious. My daughter has been a patient for years! It is obvious that they do not care about their patients. I was able to schedule an emergency appointment with a different dentist and I'm no longer using Williamsburg Pediatric Dental. It's goodbye and good riddance. My recommendation for them would definitely be to stay away from them!

We came here for our children’s annual dental care visit and I like this practice. The dentist was friendly and very good with children and it looked like he did a thorough job too. The assistant was also great, she was super patient with the kids and gave them a talk how to properly take care of their teeth. The place looked clean and well taken care of, they accepted our insurance and that’s all I care about at our annual dental care visit.

We had a fabulous experience with this Facility! Dr Marciano performed work on our son under General Anesthesia. I have to admit we were worried however he was very reassuring and made us feel extremely comfortable. He performed fabulous work and we couldn't be any happier. Dr. Waltner was there for the duration of the work and constantly came to update us on the progress. I highly recommend this facility for all your pediatric dental needs!!!

Wonderful experience; my two kids have been patients for over two years, but the excellence of the place really came through this past visit. My ten-year old daughter's orthodontist wanted her last baby tooth extracted before it became impacted. We had gone for a regular check up not expecting the Williamsburg team to be able to do the extraction same day. B"H, they were able to take care of right away; but my little girl was very frightened and very much wanted to put it off. The whole team was so helpful and caring in helping her calm down, it was really quite amazing. Within a half-hour after the extraction was done, my daughter was telling me how glad she was the it was finished and that she would never be afraid of an extraction (I"YH, she won't ever need another!) again.
