The staff at Williamsburg Landing are absolutely top notch! They provide superior thoughtful, genuine medical and emotional care. They take the time to make WL a wonderful home for their residents. We are thrilled that our Mom is lucky enough to be there! They even made this special corner for her. Superheroes like this are not easy to find! LOVE Williamsburg Landing!!

Very disappointed in the quality of care in Assisted Living. My mother lived there for over a year. Assisted living staff was unhelpful when dealing with issues. She was unable to get to the dining room independently and staff did nothing to help her get to the dining room. Even after asking for her meals to be delivered and agreeing to pay the delivery fee, she only got meals when a staff person bothered to help her fill out the menus. When brought to the Assisted Living administration, they were unconcerned and blamed the issue on my mother. Also, got conflicting instructions when I asked the Clinical Coordinator there to assist with a lymphedema wrap. After I was told that assistance with the wrap was added to her care plan, I was told at a later date by the manager that I would need a

We have been residents for four years and are delighted with every aspect of living here. My mother was here for over eight years and we had the opportunity to see all levels of care and realized there is no better place to age gracefully. Even though we came here at a younger age than most, we found many wonderful friends who enjoy cocktails, dinner together, shopping trips and great camaraderie. Since we have lived in Williamsburg for 20 years, many of our friends are moving here too.

My father spent the last 6 months of his life going here and it greatly increased his quality of life. They only hire top notch people to work there. From the second you walk in you are surrounded by smiles. I would jokingly refer to it as "The Church of the Smiling Women." They were incredibly patient and sensitive to my father despite his ever-advancing Alzheimer's.

My experience wasn't perfect but it was great. Working with Chef Gus, Markos, Dushawn, Stacy, Chris, and Jarvis was awesome and I miss you guys so much. Allen you are a terrific supervisor and a professional. The person I want to say thank you the most is Sabrina you are such a mentor when it came to being a server and a Utility person thank you. Human Resource management Lisa and April are awesome very professional. The most professional job ever keep up the good work. I do think the security team declined a little bit because when I first came the lead security officer was great with everyone including the associates, but I enjoy my time at Williamsburg Landing.
