I’m not usually someone who writes reviews—let alone gives five stars unless a place truly exceeds expectations—but I had to take a moment to recognize Dr. Laura Ward and Williamsburg Dental Group. After a nightmare experience at another local dental office, I was referred to Williamsburg Dental Group. I was understandably a bit apprehensive going in, but Dr. Ward and her team were absolutely outstanding. She listened carefully as I shared what had happened during my previous visit and reassured me that my experience with WDG would be very different. She absolutely delivered. One of the best dentists I have ever had. My company I worked for didn’t offer dental insurance and I always got extremely affordable dental care from this practice. They always took me back within minutes of getting there for my appt. The entire staff is so friendly and polite. Dr Butler was always courteous and nice. I would definitely recommend!

Dentists and staff were incredibly friendly when I had a stressful dental emergency. The woman at the front desk (her name is escaping me unfortunately) went above and beyond to get my insurance coverage to work and was extremely helpful and concise with instructions and options for dental work. She made me feel not only welcome, but comfortable, in a time where I really needed that. The dentist himself (again forgetting the name unfortunately) was also extremely experienced, kind, and concise. He described what was going on and my options with compassion and transparency. These people's kindness and expertise is unmatched and I will be switching them to my main dentists. One thousand thank yous.
