Williamsburg Cosmetic Dentistry

I was in an accident that is requiring significant and prolonged dental work and I can not say enough goood things about Dr. Oglesby and his staff (and Jordan in particular). They have been incredibly responsive to my actual treatment and extremely sensitive to my appearance while I am working through all of the procedures and healing. It has been a complicated treatment plan involving two other specialists, and Dr. Oglesby has been amazing at the referrals and coordinating my care. Huge shout out to Jordan, who has assisted in my care and has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. I have full confidence that when all is said and done, I will be happy with the results functionally and cosmetically. Thank you so much, Dr. Oglesby and staff!!!!

The new doc is a nightmare to deal with. I have been at this practice for years despite it having issues with my insurance, but my most recent experience has finally driven me to switching. The doc I had at my most recent visit was not friendly or helpful. He talked down to me without addressing any of my concerns, and was generally unpleasant to talk to. I would like to hope that this was just a one-off occurrence, but after already experiencing issues with my insurance, this is enough to say goodbye to this practice.

I visited Williamsburg Cosmetic Dentistry on December 17, following a recommendation from another dental office in the area. Upon arrival, the front office customer service was courteous and professional. I was fully aware prior to the visit that the tooth in question could not be saved and would require extraction. I also provided my insurance information, as I am covered under Delta Dental. My disappointment arose following the insurance determination. After Delta Dental paid $143.00, I was informed of the remaining balance, which I was not prepared to cover at that time. Best experience ever! After having a horrible orthodontic experience in my childhood, this was such a refreshing experience and I am so incredibly happy already with my results and I’m still a few weeks away from being completed. Williamsburg Cosmetic Dentistry is great. I never have to wait, they are always kind and gentle. Dr. O and Dr. Block are knowledgeable and have a lovely bedside manner. My hygienist Julie is amazing, she has a gentle touch and is cautious with my sensitive areas. Thanks for being awesome!
