What a pleasant experience! The whole office staff was very welcoming and professional. This dental office is clean and provides exceptional service. I was very pleased with my visit and interactions with everyone from the moment I walked in. Dr. Perretta clearly cares about her patients and is committed to providing quality comprehensive dental care. I highly recommend them!

Wait time short. My hygienist, Linda, always attentive and thorough. Dr. Connie friendly and equally thorough. All in all exceptional service from front desk, hygienist and doctor. I used the online portal to make an appointment over the weekend and receptionist got back to me first thing the next business day. They always try to accommodate you with an appointment that works for you. If I was limited to one word it would be 'Excellent'

Welcoming clean environment. From scheduling, front desk to checkout the experience was beyond what I expected. Doctor hygiene amazing I know they care. You feel like a human not a number on a chart.

During the Bitewing e-xray, the hygienist should have known that especially the tip of the Wing tab should never be touched after handling other equipments. To make matters worse, there was no antimicrobial agents detected in the cup of rinsingwater that was provided during or after the cleaning process. This was not one of my better experiences.

Dr. Perretta and his entire staff are exactly what you expect from a dental practice: competence, courtesy, fair prices and they make you feel comfortable. The fact that you can also converse in Italian , Albanian and Spanish also is a bonus. Thanks.
