From the nurses to the administrative team, they're all top-notch. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the activities program is great too. We've had nothing but positive experiences here, and I highly recommend Williams Bridge Center to anyone looking for a great nursing home. Wonderful place for support and healing. The facility is very small which gives it the benefit of a familial feel. The nursing staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Wound care and healing is top-notch. The director of social services is compassionate and dedicated. The rehab department works diligently to get you back on your feet and achieving your goals, even sometimes surpassing them. Everyone from the administrator to the housekeeping staff are focused on the residents and their well-being.

Nana the director of nursing kept me and my family informed at all time. His profesionalism convience me to stay in the facility. Cause with Nana I was in excellent hands with him. He helped me and is very compassion with all the patients and me. You are blessed of having an excellent worker. He needs a promotion he earned it. I thank him for all he did for me and his patients. I give him 100% for his excellent work and attention

Website pictures of rooms are lies. This place needs to be inspected. That is the filthiest nursing home I have ever seen. Very dark and very narrow hallway. Entire place smells like urine and feces. Administration should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sure they wouldn't have a family member admitted to this place. Any good review is either from a relative that doesn't care or workers because this place is nothing like portrayed on website.

Communication has been clear, and there’s a noticeable effort to support both residents and their families. Overall, this is a place that prioritizes safety, compassion, and quality care.
