There is one terrific employee who is always the one I go to in this store whenever there is a problem. Her name is Eva Taylor! She always greets you with a smile and is ready to help you with whatever the problem is that you are having. She is super knowledgeable on the billing problems and doesn’t hesitate to help and stick with it until the problem is figured out.She is a gem to this store and to this company..top notch!! I so appreciate her and all of her help!!

Vincennes williams bros 87 yr old female stage 4 kidney diseas been waiting for a script 5 days due too make pharmacist who filled wrong script then refilled wrong script, called Again on a Friday, said no script on hand although must have been if he filled wrong script 2 times. Waited to see if he would correct this on next day Saturday but no call. Today Monday (17th) still waiting for her script Cant imagine if she would have taken the 2nd wrong script equaling 20 MG more a day then prescribed Then find out in his notes admits it was his fault still not caring if this has been resolved District office called me today recommended to call by someone else at the pharmacy due to major concern! I will never use Williams Brothers Pharmacy in Vincennes again. Ever since their dedicated staff pharmacist left, service has been terrible. For the past year, it has been typical for my refills to be late. I always get the same response from them: "We are working on them." I have found that is code for we are not working on them, I am lying to you. We have not even started working on them. Come back later. I have even had to wait 1, 2, and even 3 weeks after my medication has run out before my prescriptions are refilled. I am on a new med and recently had to wait 9 days after taking my last pill before I could get my running prescription refilled. I ended up with horrible withdrawal symptoms from stopping the medicine cold turkey. You are not supposed to do that!!! It is dangerous! That

WOW!!! Last time I was inside of this place I was stunned by the disorganization and clutter. Recently I came inside and it was very clean and almost looks brand new!! I was told that they had hired a new manager. Good! That’s probably exactly what the place needed. It was fast easy and pleasant experience! Definitely had to come on here and let the world know!
