Genoa Healthcare

Literally have to wait hours for my medicine like every time. I live 30 min away so it's so annoying to call in advance and then drive there to wait hours. The staff is never friendly. I was also told my script was ready once and made thar drive only to find out the employee was looking at last months script 😳 um how does that even happen and instead of fixing this problem they made me wait until they took their lunch. Adding more to this post as I have had even further problems with this joke of a pharmacy.....red headed lady with a Karen Bob hair cut 💇‍♀️ was very rude. I went to pick up a script she said 30 min so I went shopping for 50min came back and the medicine was still not ready, apparently she said I needed to call my doctor to get a P/A! First off that's her job secondly she

Love the friendly staff! They are so nice and are so willing to make sure you are informed about your medication. And the offer many services that make my life so much easier.

Wonderful hard working dedicated staff that works at Genoa pharmacy I think they are all wonderful people.
