My recent experience at your facility was deeply distressing and warrants a thorough review of the care protocols and patient interaction standards. I arrived in a state of severe medical distress, characterized by an alarming heart rate of 138 beats per minute and blood pressure that, while I cannot recall the precise figures, was exceptionally high. Compounding this was a broken hand, adding to my immediate physical pain and anxiety. During the diagnostic process, specifically the CAT scan, my body reacted with uncontrollable shaking, a clear manifestation of extreme anxiety and distress. This movement, unfortunately, rendered the scan unreadable. Rather than addressing my acute panic or seeking alternative methods to ensure a clear image, the decision was made to simply forgo that part

I had a consultation with a surgeon today and I had trouble keeping it together in the waiting room. The staff was very nice to me, so I wanted to leave a good rating as a thank you. Side note - I was referred by an urgent care clinic. I assumed that being referred to a surgeon meant that I was going to need surgery for sure. Thankfully, that was not the case.

This trip has been a one off experience with nothing bad to say about the floor I’m admitted onto (A2). Unlike the Er/Ed, the nurses and doctors (with one bad apple having a bad day for sure) have been nothing but kind, respectful, supportive and helpful

My sister was admitted a couple of weeks ago and while she was there money got stolen out her purse and all they keep telling her is the complaint was handed to the supervisor. Nobody has followed up with her or anything .

The after care here has gone downhill I feel terrible for people who do not have a person someone anyone to advocate for there health care while there in one of these places you really have to watch and question everything they do for heaven sake some of these nurses can't even take a blood pressure without a machine ask them to do it manually if your so lucky to get someone who can it will be shocking just keep an eye on your family members closely when there in a hospital nowadays
