Went to see him months ago . I can't walk more than 10 or 15 ft and I get extreme pain in my left leg and hip and low back . Well my low back has hurt me since I was in Jr high I'm now 65 and when I was pregnant it was really bad. So this was not ever my chief complaint. However he has in my records that I went to him with a chief complaint of low back pain. My chief complaint is that I can't walk and haven't been able to for at least 5 years now. I thought it was my hip so I had hip replacement surgery nope not it!! I had a pain procedure and they found the nerve that that was bulging but nobody wants to fix it. So why did they put me thru all this pain and tests? To run my insurance up? Is this an insurance scam? Or was this something they just don't want to fix. Or can't fix? I left
