My family and I absolutely love this dentist office. We have been going here for almost 6 years now and have never once had a bad experience. Every hygienist is amazing and friendly! The ladies up front are also spectacular! Everyone is so kind and personable. Lindsey and Erin always know each of us by name and will take time to have conversation and check in on the whole family! We have regular visits with Becky and Beth! Becky is funny, sweet and has great conversation. She is good at checking in with me during our visit about my comfortability the whole time. Beth is awesome with my daughter and makes her feel special every time she sits in her chair. One of my sons had his first cleaning with Alexis, and she was so great with him! He was quiet and nervous, but she worked well with him,

I love this business so much! Dr. Paustian and the rest of the staff are just amazing! They are all so nice. They are also really gentle and careful when working on your teeth. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to!

I had such a great experience at Joplin Family Dental! Dr. Paustin and Alex are absolutely wonderful — they are both so kind, patient, and really make you feel comfortable. The whole team here is super friendly and welcoming every time I come in. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Paustin is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed or nervous, and I always leave feeling confident about my dental care. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I have had several appointments here and all have been easy and pain free. Beth did my cleaning. She was gentle and non-judgmental (I don’t brush or floss often enough). I also had a crown done today My dental Assistants Susan and Montana were both awesome they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They too were gentle and very professional. This probably isn’t the cheapest dentist in town but I think the quality of care you receive is worth the cost

Had a crown come loose right before surgery on my neck and had to wait a few days to recover enough to get it fixed. I called in on Tuesday and was in office first thing on Wednesday. Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Susan was in the room with me and was extremely careful about making me comfortable and putting me at ease. The Dr was great too. I have told several people about the quality of care at Joplin Family Dental and will continue to do so.
