Our family loves Dr. Kincer and his entire staff! They are the best at what they do, and they could not be more wonderful to work with! If you need an orthodontist who not only specializes in his field, but also in patient care, this is the place to go!

I am so impressed with my experience at Dr. Kincer's office. I needed glue replaced on my permanent retainer and Jenny was so extremely kind, helpful, and efficient. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and she actually got me into the office the next morning even though they were technically closed for a holiday. That level of customer service and dedication is rarely seen anymore and I won't forget it. I will absolutely come back to Dr. Kincer's office for myself and my family. We love Dr. Kincer! We just completed Phase 1 for our oldest, and his teeth look amazing. Dr. Kincer didn't settle for ok, he made sure his teeth and gums were perfect. Appointments were ALWAYS on time, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. We will be patients for a long time as our younger 3 go through the process to perfect teeth and smiles!
