Prevent & Restore Physical Therapy

Dr. Ray has been helping me with a shoulder issue I have had since birth. I have seen several doctors over the years and no one has tried to help me. All have said “you should feel grateful you have that much movement.” But not Dr.Ray! I already have more movement in my shoulder from 3 sessions and 3 weeks of at home exercises. Great location with easy parking and the office is very clean, nice, and new. Highly recommend

Our 13-year-old son plays travel baseball in the East Cobb area and was diagnosed with right scapular dyskinesis. We were referred to Prevent & Restore and worked with Dr. Ray Waters, and the experience has been excellent. The evaluation was thorough, and the treatment plan was detailed and tailored specifically to our son. Each session is challenging, baseball-specific, and very effective. Dr. Waters also provided a home exercise program, and we’ve already seen significant improvement. Great facility, great expertise, and a clear passion for his work. Highly recommend Dr. Waters for any baseball player needing physical therapy.

Dr. Ray has a unique ability to figure things out about the body that are not intuitive to most people. He understands things and comes up with workable plans for patients and once the body has improved, is happy to see you go (in the best way possible meaning he has done his job). Highly recommend.
