Lets start by saying Great Customer Services is hard to find. I found some of the Best People and there Professionalism at William P. Clements Jr 3rd floor Sugery Dept. I had a day surgery. Here is all the names of the great team of health care pros who made my day excellent. Dr. Allan, Dr. Glory R, Ally B, Katlyn M, Anthony C, Abel L, also Erin M (PA) Allison V (NP) I have never gave a 10 in great Bed side manner and patient care. Thank you for the work you all do. UT Southwestern is a top Hospital because of the great Team of professional on staff. Appreciate you all. I give you all "10" for excellent customer services. Nice!

This hospital took great care of my dad a few months ago. He had an appointment for an out-patient procedure and was well taken care of. The nurses & doctor were friendly and timely about checking back in with us to keep us posted of his post-op. The whole facility is clean and modern. I enjoyed their well-stocked cafeteria where they had plenty of grab & go foods as well as cook-to-order options. I hope we don't have to visit a hospital in the near future, but if I ever had to, I'd prefer this one over any others in DFW.

I am extremely disappointed in the care my brother received at this emergency room. I brought my disabled brother here after discovering that the nursing home he was in had neglected and possibly abused him. He arrived severely underweight, dehydrated, and suffering from multiple serious bed sores. I came here expecting urgent medical attention, clear communication, and real support. That is not what happened. The nurses removed his wound dressings, took pictures, and quickly reapplied new bandages without explaining anything to me, without discussing the severity of the sores, and without providing any visible treatment such as ointment or proper wound care. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal. I spent over five hours in the ER and still left without a clear understanding of

I've had 25 major surgeries and been in hospitals all over the U.S. ....how in this world this hospital got a #1 rating in Texas I have no idea. If I could have chosen a 0, I would have. My main provider was excellant and the men who work in xray were the most empathetic people I have ever met in my life. They cared about the fact that I have a fractured back. But the cleaning dept assigned to my floor was HORRID!!! My room and bathroom smelled like something died in it and the sweet lady who came and cleaned it from her side of the hospital said it was horrible and whoever was assigned it did not do their job regularly. I had been in the hospital 6 days and no one had cleaned my room or bathroom until she came in when I complained to the dr multiple times. The young nurses had no empathy

I recently had to have a C-Section here, my baby was also high-risk. These nurses and surgeons made my experience so beautiful. I am full of gratitude for these doctors. They made me feel so safe and comfortable that I didn’t even want to leave! They allowed me to play music during my C-Section to calm me down (I’m a first time mom) they made the experience so amazing. They brought my newborn by to see him before he went off to Childrens. They even allowed me to go visit him. They treated me and my son with so much love and grace. I have decided to deliver my next babies here and I live 2 hours away from this hospital. They are truly the best. I would recommend this hospital to a first time mom without hesitation. ❤️🙏🏼
