William Cook

My husband was told to be at the hospital at 6:30am for a biopsy. At 3:00 in the afternoon he was still waiting. What kind of doctor works like this. He has poor time management skills. I would never recommend him. I did speak to the hospital administrator who also told me Dr. Cook does this "often" we left the hospital around 5ish!! Completely unacceptable. Dr. Cook told us an emergency had come in and that's why he was running way behind. The administrator said no emergency had come in and that Dr. Cook likes to overbook in the event a patient doesn't show up. So he lied to us to "save face". Yea, never again with this specific doctor.
