Willamette Dental - Spokane Northpointe

It's not the people at Willamette Dental Spokane Northpointe that I have an issue with; it's their overall philosophy about cancelling appointments. Keep in mind you can only get an appointment with them weeks in advance. If I cancel within 24 hours or miss the appointment, they charge me $50. Now, if THEY cancel under the same terms I'm out of luck. I don't get a $50 credit -- but I am out my day's worth of sick leave and now can reschedule appointment for 8 weeks from now. They have done this to me TWICE! Considering I only go to the dentist MAYBE twice a year, getting day-of-cancelled TWICE is a lot. Willamette Dental's time is obviously MUCH more important than their patients' time.

Horrible wait times!!! Both on the phones and getting urgent care. 5 weeks for a root canal/repair while in pain. 2 weeks for a crown repair. That may be your standard but it’s not typical of people with a single provider environment. Your providers have been great but your corporate / administration of services is atrocious in my recent experience.

I appreciate Willamette because I can always get a timely appointment. I know exactly what to expect in terms of cost. My dentist is always fantastic with me and my kids. The staff at my Willamette office is always friends and accommodating.

Great work, nice folks, even though going to "The Dentist" is not fun, they make the experience okay and doable. Will stick with this crew for many more years. Thanks for keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Truthfully -They are Great. My dentist is super fabulous.- Gets the job done. CP

Great care by the doctor and assistants, scheduling and appointments leave a lot to be desired
