Built to Move is awesome, and their various services have made a big difference for me! I love that the highly-skilled practitioners like Dr. David & Brittany are so attentive to my individual needs (including during injury and postpartum recovery woes, as well as in ongoing maintenance) and offer holistic care that has not only helped me to overcome physical issues (and prevent future ones) but also to optimize my athletic performance for best results. Practitioners and staff are all so wonderful-- super friendly and easy to work with. Additionally, their new facility is excellently designed. Thank you, BTM!!

Built to Move is honestly such a great place. The atmosphere is so chill, and Stephanie at the front desk is so fun to talk to and she gets you scheduled so easily! I’ve been going to David for 2.5 years for my back and he has helped so much with the discomfort and pain I used to have. He taught me some exercises/stretches to do at home too, that have helped me. He knows a lot about what he does and he’s super cool. I highly recommend this office; any one you see here is so friendly.

I just have to brag about Jalana for a minute. Every session with her is seriously life-changing. She combines massage, physical therapy and chiropractic work in a way I’ve never experienced before — it’s not just a treatment, it’s a full mind-and-body reset. She listens, she understands what my body needs, and she finds every spot that’s tight or painful without me even having to say a word. By the time I leave, I feel lighter, aligned, and genuinely cared for. On top of her skills, she always brings this warm, positive energy that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. I trust her completely, and I recommend her to anyone who wants real relief and real results. Jalana is truly a gift.🤍

While visiting Spokane, WA I decided to try Built to Move for training upon recommendation from my Son- in -Law. My experience at Built to Move was very positive. Tony was my trainer. Tony was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The group I worked out with were all very friendly and inviting. I really enjoyed the facility and overall fitness and wellbeing approach. BTM has multiple services included Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, sports coaching, personal training, group training, etc Great Job Tony!! See you when I return

Someone recommended BTM for help with ongoing running issues, and I was skeptical but willing to try. I saw Dr. Dierdorff is a runner and works with them, so I thought he would be ideal. Indeed, he was. In training for a marathon, I wanted to stay injury free or at least able to keep training while improving my fitness and endurance. He gave me the time and attention necessary to make sure I felt comfortable with the treatments and plan. I have long been skeptical of some chiropractic and other “lifestyle” and “wellness” clinics, and Dr. Dierdorff helped ease that skepticism while giving real, practical, helpful tips on training and preventative exercises for running, stretching and strength training. Best of all, I never felt pressured for additional classes or treatments that were frivol
