This was my very first experience with willamette dentistry. I’m so glad we picked this office to go to! It doesn’t have a dentist smell when you walk in. From the receptionist to the dentist we had exceptional service!! I will definitely be going back!!

I had a filling unexpectedly fall out and was left with a hole in my tooth 🦷 not exactly a fun situation. Thankfully, this dentist got me in quickly and took care of it with skill and care. The repair was fast and smooth. I felt instantly relieved and well taken care of. It’s clear they prioritize both efficiency and quality.

I love my dentist at WD. I do feel, however, that there is a little bit of procedural issues regarding the want/need for WD to capture every penny they can from the insurance company. I just had a cleaning after a tooth breaking off when all I needed was a referral to have it pulled. My great Dr didn't need to have my any procedural interactions with me at all. It feels like they just have to get that cleaning charge in before I can get any other emergent issue cared for. At Kaiser Dental, they address the BIG issue right then and there. There don't take 3 appts before addressing the needed procedure. Over billing is the wave of the future, though. But I want to reiterate that My Dr. there is top tier. Just the organization and their mode of delivery I have an issue with.
