Michael provided one of the most relaxing and effective massages I’ve ever had. He took the time to understand my needs in advance and checked in a couple of times with me during the 90 min massage. I left feeling so much lighter, especially in my shoulders which was an area I requested extra attention. I'm already looking forward to my next session with him. Had a fantastic first massage with Michael last week. I really appreciated how he allowed extra time for intake and made sure he knew everything about my preferences to ensure I would have a comfortable experience. He is easy to communicate with, has a calm, peaceful energy and gave a great massage. The studio itself is tasteful and neutral, with a high ceiling and comfortable square footage, neither too confined nor expansive. I was surprised by how quiet and peaceful it was inside, despite being downtown. I'm looking forward to booking my next massage.

Michael was wonderful! His intake process for new massage clients was great, he knew exactly what my issues were before I ever walked in. The consultation and after session debrief were good additions. The massage its self was amazing, maybe the best I have ever had. He identified every knot/issue and worked it until they were feeling much better. Some massages feel routine but not this one. I highly recommend Michael!

Matt did an amazing job on my introductory massage. His location is private, calming, and comfortable. He was very attentive to my specific areas of concern and made a lot of progress towards my treatment goals in just one session. I will definitely be booking again!
