Willamette Dental - Salem Lancaster

This Dental office, all together, front desk, Dr., assistants, everyone is the best I have ever been too. Best location, best care, best personalities, best everything. My only complaint would be parking. I drive a full size 4 door long bed pickup. I forget about parking most the time or I would drive something smaller. Thank you to everyone there. I totally feel better every time I leave. You all help boost my confidence. Thanx again

Overall, the staff at this office is nice and professional and great with kids. Make sure that you really ask questions about additional office fees when you make large purchases for braces and orthodontics. You will still be paying office visits fees that are not included in the price of braces package. Its not mentioned on a quote or in the consultation about costs. If you pay $7,500 for braces the ongoing "checkups" visits for those braces are not included in the price.

I was scared to go due to things that happened before. I mention to the Dentist Jacky that I have very bad PTSD . He listen to me and made me feel special. He said we will take it slow . I couldn't believe it , due to my past I have had a Dentist who took advantage of me . With this Dentist it was fantastic. I also went to the other office in Albany to pull out all my teeth and roots . And she did it my way little at a time . I never would believe this at 74 I will be able to smile and laugh again after over 10 yrs of not being able to .

Best service ever! They saw me faster than ever before in 72 hours from a phone call to getting a tooth removed. Highly impressed on the Lancaster location. Thank you

I’ve had really bad service. And I’ve had good service. Always had long waiting times for the dentist. Show both post Dr Jacky and Kim are a great team. Excellent friendly service. Listened then had solutions. A highly recommended team
