Unfortunately, my husband’s experience with this office was very disappointing. He had a tooth extracted that had previously undergone multiple root canals there. After the extraction, his pain never improved. He repeatedly told me — and the staff — that it felt like a bone shard had been left behind. Willamette Dental did schedule a same-day emergency visit and stated they removed a bone fragment. However, his pain still did not subside. He continued to feel that something remained in the area, but the only advice he received was to use Orajel and over-the-counter pain medication. We purchased multiple Orajel products, including the “complete” kits, and none of it relieved his pain. Meanwhile, he was increasing OTC pain medication just to cope. At that point, we decided to seek a secon

I have been going here a few times while recovering from extreme dental phobia and OCD and having really bad teeth that needed attention at a very transitional part of my life. The dentist here is amazing and the team of people is always great. They listen, they're funny, they're compassionate, there's never any judgment or shaming or holier than thou attitudes. I've had fillings here as well as a recent extraction, they numbed me up easily, the extraction was very easy, they communicate everything REALLY well before and as they are doing things, there was minimal pain etc. Bonus that, unlike a lot of offices who may have good dentists but have horrible front desk people or dental assistants, everyone is calm collected and kind here. Everyone! There's never a creepy feeling. I literally wi

Once I was laying down on the chair, someone, not my dentist, came in to perform the anesthesia injection. This young lady did such terrible job, it felt like I was jabbed through my gums into my jaw bone, I instantly felt nerve pain all the way down the front of the neck. Under my left jaw I still have swelling, from the anesthesia injection 3 days later. Aside from that, I didn’t get treated by the dentist that I scheduled an appointment with, but this dentist that just showed up in the room, didn’t explain the procedure and what tooth/molar he will work on, actually he didn’t even present himself. All he said is that my dentist is busy and he is helping him. The cavity filling was pretty quick, but that’s about the extent of the positive experience. I left with a skinned lip, cut under

I called to set an appointment to get my son‘s wisdom teeth extracted before the lady even looked at my chart. She said sorry you’re on OHP. It will not be covered and hung up the phone on me when I called back and got a hold of somebody and I tried to express how disheartening it was. The lady told me that I was wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me as well. This is no way to treat somebody. I would highly recommend going to a different Location Or change insurances, if you can.

I came in last Friday morning at 7am with bloody gums, severe toothache and swelling. I was unable to use my lower partial due to a cavity and the constant rubbing from the partial that STILL doesn't fit correctly in my mouth after 2 years. The tooth needed to be filled while it is causing redness and serious irritation around the gum line to the point that I haven't been able to brush my teeth or eat solid foods for several days, even prior to my appointment. I left this appointment still in pain with swelling and without given proper treatment. I was rushed in and out and given some sensitive toothpaste and a soft toothbrush and told to make another appointment to get the NEEDED filling done, which was scheduled 2 months out. I'm still unable to put my lower partial back in and I am sti
