I found Wilks Hearing Center to be very professional and I was taken care of by Dr Kafka. She was very calm and was able to answer all my questions and concerns, She explained every detail of the hearing test performed and gave me her recomendation of what I should do about my hearing problem.

My father has been going to Wilks for about 45 years! The owner, Dr. Mary Lou Carlson, is very compassionate, as is the entire staff. They do not push people into any decisions which is important, especially when dealing with an elderly patient. If you need a top notch audiologist and hearing aid practice, this is the place for you.

I had a terrible experience with this practice. They spoke down to me, overcharged me and dismissed me when I asked why I was being charged an extra fee. The staff was disrespectful and all the office cares about is collecting payment for services that I was told would be included. I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be going back.

Dr. Deena Kafka was professional, courteous and was able to put me at ease. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to call ENTs and setup appts for me for the next day. She made me a priority and I highly recommend her and the office.
