Five Towns Family Eye Care-Dr. Thomas Steinmetz OD, MPH

I had a very bad reaction to the chlorine hot tub at American Dream mall and got very bad bc I kept rubbing my eye and got inflamed. After a month, I decided to get my eyes checked and Dr Steinmetz is amazing! Eye cream twice a day for 2 months and has improved tremendously!! Would’ve taken quicker but I waited a long time to go see an eye doctor. I’ll probably be starting maintenance soon and only do once a day until I’m told to stop. Would highly recommend if your eyes get inflamed like mine did.

He double billed my insurance. Overcharged and made the wrong frames. Won't fix problem. Overcharged me and my insurance. I have nothing. Doesn't answer phone calls. Doesn't return calls. I got totally ripped off.

Dr. Steinmetz is professional and helped me tremendously. He is very caring, extremely patient, and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him.

You will wait for your glasses weeks without even knowing what is going on with your order Because it’s almost impossible to get any information from them They not answering the phone, i left messages and never got back from this office This is private house and i came in person just wanted to find out What is going on with my son’s glasses, elderly lady opened door for me and only I got office is closed

"it's not what you see... it's how you see it." After visiting Dr. Thomas Steinmetz I was able to see better but was also able to view things better.
