Wild Rose Dental Care

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. As a senior that is something that I greatly appreciate. The doctor did a great job of educating me about the things I need done and who all needs to participate and why. It’s much better to know than to speculate. I am grateful for their honesty.

My son is 5 years old and we had a wonderful experience for his first visit. Everyone was patient and kind and he’s looking forward to going back. Front desk scheduling and billing experience was easy and didn’t feel like I was being sold any type of treatment that wasn’t necessary for my little boy. We will be back!

Really confused as to how this place has so many 5 star reviews. My first visit I was here a total of 3 hours. Got x-rays, doctor told me I had 9 cavities. Front desk was very pushy and was insisting I needed to come back asap to get them all filled. Ended up getting only one filled I knew I had and started getting a nagging stabbing pain after. Went back and doctor said I actually needed a root canal and referred me to a specialist. Decided to go across the street for a second opinion at Ideal Dental. Doctor there said I only had 1 cavity and it was the same tooth Wild Rose filled and it was leaking, which is why it was hurting so bad. Got that re-filled the other day and it feels great again. This place tried getting close to a thousand out of me to get fillings done for cavities I didn'

I took my 88 year-old husband been in for a dental procedure. His son drove all the way in from out of town to help him get in. They did not tell us in advance that we had to get a doctors clearance before he had dental work done. So the entire day was a complete waste of time. We should have been told in advance to have all of this paperwork done. We will not be returning to the Wild Rose Dental clinic.

First experience here was not great… My appointment was at 2:30 and when I arrived I was the only person in the waiting room. Not long after 3 other patients walked in and all 3 were called back before me. I was not seen until 3pm. Then the hygienist was getting frustrated with me during x-rays because she was behind schedule. I made this appointment for a cleaning and an hour and a half later left with no cleaning!! Went home with a “treatment plan” essentially a list of the work they recommend but they never showed me my X-rays or explained the recommended work. I left unsure about what work I needed to have scheduled and honestly feeling like they used a scare tactic to get as much money out of me as possible. Adding “find new dentist” to my already long to-do list
