WHS Primary Care - Lakeside

I made an appointment for my annual checkup and physical. I also did some bloodwork. Upon entering the lady at the desk made a comment about my looks. I heard her but just chose to ignore it. I have a lot of patience running my own store so it’s whatever. She continued to say something so I finally just said thank you to end that. Had I made the same comment to a woman I would have been arrested and thrown in jail. The appointment was fine. Everything checked out good. I was frustrated I didn’t see my actual PCP because we go way back with my history. He understands my background. I did my bloodwork and when I got a message that everything was good, I asked if I could drop off a paper for the doctor to sign. My work company gives $250 for employees who do their annual exams. I was told yes

I used to love this place. The doctors were great and the staff answered the phone. This review is probably geared more towards the staff since they are the gateway to the doctor. Well, they suck. This is the second time we’ve had an issue and had to leave a message because they won’t answer the phone and we never received a call back. This most recent time was really, really important since we had a serious medical issue out of state and needed help but thank god we found someone that could help us. Also, as a side note, one of the male doctors laughed at my husband when he told him his job was stressful which was incredibly unprofessional. Sadly, I would not recommend this place anymore.

My experiences at Lakeside Primary Care have all been extremely positive. I am not a fan of medical offices and I don't like going to see a physician. I'm usually nervous and anxious, which gets worse as most physicians are behind on their appts and the wait time ends up being long. This is not the case at Lakeside. I have been taken back to an exam room and seen by the Dr. within 5-10 minutes of arriving at the office. The office staff are very professional. The nurses are kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Tadolini is calm, chill, knowledgeable and always concerned for my well-being - everything a "white coat" syndrome patient like me needs. I recommend her and the office without reservation.

I was on the fence about this practice prior to my next point, but in September 2023 my wife and I, both patients of this practice at the time, came down with covid (our first time, yay us) while traveling. We called on a Friday morning about ten minutes after "open" and had to leave a message (as an aside, they never answer their phones, in our experience; neither does Wash pediatrics FYI) that we were both very sick with covid, for the first time, both a bit higher risk, and please call back to setup a telehealth or just call in Paxlovid, anything. Never called back. Like, we're still waiting...June 2024. Thankfully we mostly made it through OK after finding a local doc to help us. Nice job! I have been going to Lakeside for about a year. They are always able to see me the same day I call when sick and when I needed a booster shot. Dr. Tadolini is great and I have also seen two other doctors when I've been ill. The nurses are also very friendly and helpful. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.
