Schratz Orthodontics

I am currently using Invisalign treatment through Schratz Orthodontics, and I could not be more satisfied. Between Dr. Schratz, his wife Jackie, and Denise, the staff has treated me like family. They are providing me with the utmost care and accommodation as I mitigate this unfamiliar yet quickly-rewarding process. They are as honest as they are knowledgeable, and I cannot imagine completing without my team at Schratz Ortho. They have had my back from the start, and they will have yours too!

Dr. Schratz and his staff are very friendly, personable, and really care about their patients! Just this past week we had issues two different days and Dr. Schratz made time to come in after office hours to fix them. We are thankful we found his office for phase one and now phase two for our son! Thank you for everything you do and always putting your patients first! We highly recommend his practice!

From the moment you walk through the door, the practice manager (Aly!) makes you feel welcome and completely at ease. Dr. Schratz and team are especially great with nervous little ones. Check ups are always a breeze with his team. Additionally, Dr. Schratz takes the time to speak with us after every visit — making sure we are all on the same page as we move forward with treatment. We live in Columbus and we’re in town for Easter weekend. My daughter’s brackets broke on her braces due to a mishap with our dog. We needed to get her in ASAP because it was difficult for her to eat; however, it was Good Friday. Most practices were closed and others that were open would not see her because they did not place the braces. I left Dr Schratz’s office a voicemail. Not only did they call me back, but Dr Scratz came in to repair my daughter’s brackets despite the office being closed...I should also mention that he did this before leaving to see a relative in the hospital. He spent time with her and did not rush. Her brackets were repaired perfectly and we were able to enjoy the holiday with our family. I work as a nurse, and I have high expectations for healthcare. I w
