I cannot recommend Amy Kay more highly. I have plenty of experience with bodywork as an LMT and RN, and I have never felt such impactful work as I do with Amy. She is intuitive, yet grounded and mindful, and her work is powerfully nurturing, attuned, and focused. I have referred all my friends and family to her! Her presence is warm and nourishing, and I leave her office amazed at the release of tension and improvement in range of motion I feel, even when i walk in feeling like things are moving relatively well! I trust her so much.

After a car accident, my acupuncturist , suggested I work with Amy Kay. At first it was challenging, as Amy had to use the lightest touch to try to release my pain and damage. Each time I entered her quiet and calm space, I was reminded to relax, give myself over to her care. I confess that I once relaxed so much, I fell asleep! Her advise began drift into other areas of my life: let go, relax, heal. Amy is a remarkable and caring therapist, and I am again moving and living, with much improved health!

Amy Kay is a fabulous, multi-talented provider. She has a gift for what she does, and I always leave feeling lighter and more centered. She has helped me work to heal my diastasis recti from two pregnancies, strengthened and rehabilitated a badly sprained thumb, and helped me avoid mastitis with ultrasound and lymphatic drainage massage. Craniosacral therapy with Amy is a whole body and mind experience. I have chronic pain, and Amy has not only helped to ease it, but she's helped me to reframe the ways I think about that part of my life so that I don't suffer. I bring my 5yo (who has sensory processing disorder and autism) to see Amy for CST regularly and his sensitive nervous system calms down with her therapeutic touch. Amy is a kind and talented provider. I originally sought her out as an alternative to the usual no pain no gain PT for a badly broken leg. She provided individualized care for that, but also helped with emotional support in getting through the rehab period.

What impresses me about her work is that Amy has healing to offer both new moms and babies as well as folks who are experiencing complicated health problems. Her background brings a variety of skill sets that serve to support clients on multiple levels, which is where the best healing happens.
