I was recommended to Brenda by my husband and a friend, and after hearing for years how great she was, I finally booked a session. So glad I did — it was the best investment of my time. Brenda is a total pro. The massage was high quality, thoughtful, and exactly what my body needed. I left feeling so much better and more relaxed. And for dog lovers, meeting her sweet dog Finnegan is an added bonus 😊 I’ll definitely be making this a regular priority for my health.

Brenda is highly skilled and attentive. She listened carefully and asked questions about pain areas. She paid attention to tight and knotted spots, and ramped up the pressure gradually throughout the session. The pressure was just right — not shallow where it feels like it’s making no difference and not too deep where it starts to hurt. She also has a kind and friendly demeanor.

I had a very positive experience at Whole Health and hope to be returning soon. Oscar kept me company throughout my entire massage (see picture). Brenda knows what she's doing and found all my knots. Her space is welcoming and relaxing.
