Dentist is always super friendly and personable. The other gals sometimes ok. Other times, super snoody and act like it's another account to bill on. The hygienist definitely rushes you through and does not do a thorough job.

I had a great experience. I was able to get back to the dental chair on time. The check-in process was easy, and the interaction and education were a 10 out of 10.

They did quick work, But they were just trying to push as many patients as possible through. I got a limited oral evaluation with my wisdom teeth hurting and coming in I asked if I could just get an x-ray and it wasn't possible. But the exam they barely looked in my mouth, didn't tell me if I had cavities, tell me about my enamel, didn't say if it was clean enough for surgery or anything. just looked at my wisdom teeth and told me they were impacted and barely explained what that meant. The front desk was nice but $118 extra dollars for something I could have told you is a bit ridiculous. I must say I was really impressed with Whitaker Dental in Bryan Ohio. I had to make an appointment for a small filling that fell out and within a couple of days I was in the chair. The weather was bad that day, so after sitting a while I thought I would ask if I should reschedule my appointment; Then Dr. Christine Zhang came in and said, no way; you waited for me now I will take care of you. She explained that I needed a second filling and Dr Zhang took care of both of them, saving me a second visit. She apologized for the wait which was no issue, but I must say the short wait was well worth it… saved me from having to make another visit.

I myself have extreme anxiety about anything health related, and ever since coming here I have had a significant change in how I take care of my teeth health! every girl here is willing to help and communicate with you, and beyond understanding of the anxiety that comes with having anything done to your teeth. I have an extreme fear of needles, and I tend to get myself worked up every time. Each girl that has worked with me has been understanding, helpful, and overall just amazing people! I highly recommend this place for anyone trying to take their health back into their hands, despite all the fears that might come with it.
