My family has been coming here for several years. The reception staff and phone communication have always been fine, and our visits up to this point had been generally positive. I have maintained the same insurance the entire time. In the past, the estimates I received for procedures were generally accurate. However, during my most recent visit I requested an estimate for several fillings, and I was told that my out-of-pocket cost after insurance would be around $900. I understand that an estimate is not an exact quote, and I would have been reasonable with a slight increase—especially if I had been informed that coverage might be limited. Dr Bratsberg is good at what she does. As she is working on your teeth she tells you step by step what is going to happen next so that you are prepared to cope.
