Excellent experience! Dr Watson performed a thorough exam and did verbal explanations of every aspect of my eyes! Admissions staff were friendly and helpful! I could not have asked for a better experience and I have been to at least 8 to 10 optometrist or ophthalmologist in my life. Great job by everyone.

My issue is with how she manages her practice. My appointment was cancelled on me despite me confirming via their text messages (twice). Totally unacceptable way to treat regular/established patients who have never missed or been late to an appointment. I will be taking my (and my family's) business elsewhere.

Dr. Watson is the best eye doctor that I have ever had. She is attentive, knowledgable, and very easy to talk to. As someone who has always had to go to the eye doctor for my bad eyes, she explained everything really well to me in a way that hasn't happened elsewhere. 10/10 recommend.

Two years ago I went to their office to order a new lens. I asked if it was possible that I accidentally put two lens in one eye. The doctor came out and said it wasn't but she said she'd take a look. It took 40 seconds and they sent me a bill for an eye exam. I won't pay it and they turned it over to collections. REALLY?
