Heritage Dental Center

I am 31 years old and have been to plenty of dentist in my life so far, but this is hands-down, the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I called a couple days ago because I ended up getting a tooth infection and needed a quick extraction. The lady I talk to on the phone was extremely nice and comforting about my situation. They got me in the following day and I got the best treatment from every single person that worked there. The doctor was awesome, the assistant who helped me was fantastic and everyone there was a joy to talk to. I was actually looking for a new dentist to start getting back on the wagon of taking care of my teeth and I’m so happy I found these people. Will definitely be my dentist office going forward, couldn’t recommend more.

Had my wisdom teeth removed and everything went so smooth! Lisa at the front went over finances and Dr. Brunelle and Sami were very professional with the extractions. Delani was very thorough with my cleaning. 10/10 experience!

Best dental experience I have EVER had! After a nightmare experience with a dentist (after suffering from 2 broken teeth and infection in my gums/jaw) one morning I desperately called in search of help! This office got me in the SAME day! EACH & EVERY lady that worked there was kind, considerate and caring--like they had known me forever! They were remodeling in the back, and yet, it was still the calmest, most relaxed-- yet INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL-- dental environment! They actually LISTENED to my NEEDS and didn't try to push further cosmetic or medical plans on me for whay they thought I MIGHT need. They did explain what I may need in the future & helped me make decisions in order to deal with that when the time came, but NEVER forced me into any thing! They were all very informative,

I had a root canal done at the Crestview Hills location. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was experiencing a lot of pain, and they were able to see me immediately and do the procedure that day. I’m very happy with how the crown looks, and I haven’t experienced any pain or had any issues with the tooth. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Brunelle is a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend Heritage Dental Center and Dr. Brunelle.

The whole staff at Heritage was so nice. I could tell they actually cared. Dr Brunelle was super nice, gentle, and professional. I was very nervous because I have had very bad experiences at other dentists in the past, but they all made me feel at ease, and I can say it was the best experience I ever had at the dentist...I will always go there for my dental needs.
