Whitehall Oral Surgery

Had an oral cyst removal scheduled for April everything went fine I was told the cyst wouldn’t come back for months, if it even came back at all. My stitches fell out day of surgery and the cyst came back before the wound was even healed. I had another appointment scheduled a few weeks later to re-do the surgery and I was called day of an hour before the surgery that my appointment was cancelled and to call back to reschedule my appointment. Everytime I have called back I have been directed to a call center where they tell me the office manager will call me back and they never do. My appointment was scheduled for April 21st, I called 14 times over a span of 4 weeks and not one person has reached out to me about rescheduling my appointment. My dentist referred me to this place one month ago. Before making the appointment, I read all the feedback and most of them were horrible experiences. I know that each case is different but I want to expose mine because I know there are many like me that before choosing for a professional likes to read and compare the reviews to know what we can expect in the visit or if we have opportunity to choose another one. To be honest, I was scared with everything I read here but I needed my surgery as soon as possible. Also, I am the type of person that always have in mind the experiences and advises of other people when I take a decision but also give me the opportunity to have my own experience. When I went to the first visit, they treated me with punctuality, they were kind and very respectful.

Avoid if you have a choice. I was not given options with my poor people insurance. I was told I can go here or smile crafters. I belive they are one in the same. It was several weeks to get a consultation. I am not exaggerating in saying I waited a full 2 hours to be seen for a total of 5 minutes. Health concerns were disregarded. Referral from my Doctor saying the priority was urgent was disregarded. The person i now believe was the dentist was very nice but in and out. I was told by her that they were having problems with insurance companies so even though I was told I was covered, I may not be covered. Fair enough. I then waited for my appointment card telling me when to come back. There was no other paperwork. I was given no quote as to cost. I assumed that it was being covered by

I will give this place a 3 Only because the Staff was very polite and nice..However the pulling teeth part i did not like.. I had to get 2 wisdom teeth out both impacted. I got a local due to my anxiety being a bit rough about being put under. Top one was fairly easy to get out but the bottom took some time.. He was very rough getting it out and i felt as if my jaw was going to break with how much force was being pushed onto it.. Did not prescribe me any pain meds so i was is absolute agony for weeks!

Im very disappointed with this practice. I made an appointment got reschedule the first time, not a problem at all, but they dont empathize with people they canceled my surgery and I had to reschedule AGAIN, the only day I could do it and struggled to get there thanks to them and their availability they couldn't perform the surgery just 5 mins past my grace period. I understand every place has their policies and should be respected, but if it's me that cancels without 24 hrs in advance I get a fee. These people canceled my appointment 4 hrs before the appointment and the only day I could reschedule they couldn't be a little flexible even with me explaining my situation. But the real problem here is the front office manager, that woman is the rudest person I have had to deal with in a pract
