Whitehall Family Dentistry

Would recommend this dentist for sure! After 2 years of my wife telling me to switch from the dentist I was going to, I am finally glad I listened to her about something! Friendly and courteous staff and up to date equipment. I think this is the first review I have ever left for anyone. I look forward to going to the dentist again.

I am so confused by the good reviews for this place. Try to call this office you will only get voicemail and are very lucky if you get a call back. The staff aren't rude but are certainly not friendly, including the dentist. My entire visit I felt like they just wanted to get done with me and get me out of there. The dentist worked very quickly and somewhat roughly, and hardly spoke to me.

They are the worst. Told me I had to go see an ortho which I went and paid $350 out of my pocket .. which remind you they already have a doctor that they work with where my insurance covers all payment… which they didn’t tell me about .. also they messed up my moms teeth which she had to go to another doctor to have them fixed !!

I got an appointment for my husband new patient, he was please with them. However I have been trying to schedule two new customer my self and my adult son, and I have left message no call back, finally got through today, to say they are not accepting new patient until June, wait what, I tried several times to get a call back, is a good thing in life we have choices, so I choices never to be a patient here, and get another dentist office that truly want to get more customer

This dentist is the best I've ever had!! And I'm 56, so I've had at least 5! LOL Doctor is fast and accurate. Everyone in the office I've had contact with cares!
