If they had 0 that’s what I would give them. The staff is rude. I waited 2 months for a prior authorization for dentures thru my insurance. Whitehall told me that it was denied. I called my insurance to find out they never sent it in and my insurance covers full or partial dentures. Then they told me that they sent in for partial dentures on a Wednesday & would hear back by Friday. I called my insurance on Friday to follow up and again they never sent it in. I then called the office & told them & they finally sent it in. Next day contacted my insurance & it was approved. Called dentist back & she was rude said congratulations to me. Really. Tried to set up an appt to get the ball rolling then told me I needed to have my other tooth pulled which I already knew. I asked if they could do it t

The assistant that I had was doing x-rays of my teeth and she was very aggressive. I have never felt that kind of pain before, and I hope I never will again. It got to the point that it made me cry but also frustrated. Then, my dentist and the same assistant were continuing to be aggressive when they were cleaning my teeth. I had bled and felt scratches in my mouth. It was painful to eat and drink the rest of the day. I would not recommend.

I just started with this office because I moved to the area and so far, I'm very pleased! The dentist's are very good, patient, explain every step of the way and definitely skilled. I've had better experiences with them than my previous dentist. The staff has been very friendly. So glad hubby's friend knew of them to recommend them to me.

I have made an appointment on March for full dentures and it was scheduled for July 18, three days before the 18 they called me dentist will be on vacation and they scheduled for today August 20th, I arrived and gave them my license and insurance card, then made me filled out a lot of forms and a few minutes later they told me that they no longer doing dentures, I was excited and so happy for this appointment, missed a day of work and I am heart broken.. when I made my appointment the first time I was very clear of what I was coming to see this doctor, very unprofessional that you don’t call and let the patient know you no longer doing that type of services. Very disappointing wasted my time and I have been looking forwad and excited waiting for almost 3 months for this day just to leave c

My girls had a great experience. They were very patient and gentle with my girls.
