I cannot say enough good things about this dental office and the incredible staff! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and care. I was feeling very nervous about my appointment, but the team immediately put me at ease with their calm, friendly demeanor. The front desk staff were welcoming and organized, and the hygienist and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. They were so gentle and patient with me, which made a world of difference. Thanks to their professionalism, empathy, and reassuring attitudes, what I expected to be a stressful visit actually turned out to be a really positive experience. I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled dental team. Highly recommend!

I really didn’t think a dental office could have all 5-star reviews on Google, but White Rock Dental proved me wrong. The front staff is lovely, my dental hygienist Jessica was amazing during my cleaning, and Dr. Franklin made me so comfortable during a painless cavity fill! All around I’ve had exceptional experiences at this office and with all the staff!

I made an appointment as a new patient. They texted me the day before my appointment to let me know the details of the appointment and charges for a cleaning and photos. I let them know I don’t want any photos. The office then called me and said they would do the cleaning and X-rays. I let her know I don’t need any X-rays and she told me they were legally required to take my X-rays at the first visit. I told her I’m not having any issues and there’s no need for X-rays but if the dr found something I’d be more than happy to get X-rays done if there’s an actual medical reason. She replied that my insurance was paying for it not me. I let her know it’s an issue of not subjecting myself to unnecessary medical procedures. She again said they couldn’t do the appointment without X-rays and I told
