It’s hard to review Katie’s work without resorting to hyperbole or setting expectations so sky high that it does everyone a disservice, so I’ll simply say this. Katie is the first time a massage has felt like something more than a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. It’s medicine, releasing muscles that had been stiff for so long that I’d forgotten what they felt like when relaxed. Katie will often intuitively start working on an area that feels unrelated to the joint pain or muscle tension that I came in complaining about, and I’m always shocked at the inevitable chain reaction that takes place as each muscle relaxes. Katie has a great spirit, and some serious strength. Her technique was very productive and didn't want me to leave until the knots were out. (Hadn't gotten a massage in a long while). The oils she used smelt so great, and it was better then lotion as it didn't leave my skin oily. The massage room set up is awesome as well. She is a great LMT and I recommend her!

Katie is strong and attentive and will take good care of you! Her energy is kind and compassionate and she uses a variety of techniques to ease your pain and tension. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed for some muscle pain/stiffness. Katie was awesome!! If you need a tune up for your muscles you should go see her!
