I've been going to White Oak Dental in Ooltewah for a while and have always had a spectacular experience. Everyone there is friendly and easy to deal with and the office runs smoothly which honestly matters more than people realize. Dr Brooks is great. He explains things in a way that makes sense and he never makes you feel rushed or uncomfortable. You can tell they actually care about their patients and aren’t just trying to get you in and out. I have been going to see Dr. Brooks and his staff for years now and they are hands down the best in town. They are always very efficient, getting me in and out quickly as possible They provide fantastic customer service, including helpful appointment reminders. From the moment you step into the office, you’re greeted with the kindest, warmest welcome from the front desk. Worship music plays softly overhead, and somehow your nerves start to settle as you walk into what is usually a dreaded dentist visit. The nursing staff brings you back and takes care of you with so much gentleness and attentiveness before Dr. Brooks comes in to finish up the job and send you on your way. His heart for people is what will keep you coming back — but his talent for dentistry is what will make it so you’re only coming back for routine care.
