Shipping is so slow. I paid for my order on the 9th. It didn’t ship till the 16th. For a medication. That’s crazy.

After a terrible experience with a compounding pharmacy in Cleveland, my doctor called in to this one. They called me immediately to get information and the prescription was ready the next day. The pharmacist took time to talk with me since this is a new prescription and answered all my questions. Great Experience!

I live out of state and needed a compounded prescription that my local pharmacy couldn’t help me with. I communicated with the pharmacist, April, about what I needed. She was able to talk with my doctor and send me my new prescription. She was so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend her and this pharmacy for your compounding needs!

Went in for something unrelated to a prescription & wasn’t treated very nicely by the person at the counter or the office personnel they called to the counter to help with my question. It wasn’t rude enough to leave one star, but it was rude enough to ensure I’ll never go back or consider switching from my big-box, corner pharmacy. If you’re looking to be treated well, you’re much better off going across the street.
